College Planning
Weekly advisory meetings encourage students to track their planning for college. Students refine skills in interviewing, test preparation, internship placement, and visiting with potential college admissions and campuses. Planning, goal setting, and achievements are managed in the College Board.
Career planning
Students are offered a variety of opportunities to develop vocational skills, assume leadership roles, apply for campus jobs, gain self confidence and experience while exploring their interests and abilities to plan for the future. Planning, goal setting, and achievements are managed in the Kuder Navigator.
internships
Junior and Senior students participate in an off-campus internship. Internships offer valuable, experiential learning and an opportunity to gain work experience while exploring long-term career options. In addition, students will benefit from networking with local businesses in our community.
